RFP Contacting offers a wide range of services to retail clients
including Reactive Building Fabric Maintenance and Property Refurbishment; these
are supported by a highly knowledgeable, experienced and flexible management
team.
We adopt a pro-active non confrontational approach which encourages long
term mutually beneficial relationships.
Our extensive experience of working within occupied premises ensures that
we are focused upon achieving a minimum disruption to trading, which maintains
revenue streams.
Our Reactive Building Fabric Maintenance services are self delivered by
ID holding, liveried, operatives who drive sign written vehicles; this provides
our clients security of service.
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year to ensure that we protect our client’s operational capability.
Our works management system can be updated directly from site using a web based portal, thus ensuring that we are able to track jobs from inception to completion and provide “real time” reporting as required, to our clients.
When engaged on project based activities, we are competent under CDM regulations to fulfil our role as Principal Contractor; however our flexible approach ensures that we are willing to tender/negotiate works packages and undertake enabling works, either directly for the client, or on behalf of a Main Contractor.
All our activities are fully covered by formal third party Health and Safety
accreditations such as Altius, Safecontractor and
Eurosafe.
