This fiercely competitive sector allows RFP Consulting to demonstrate our skills working within a demanding, ever changing environment, focusing on protecting the clients revenue steam by maximising bedroom occupancy, conference and banqueting sales and income from bars, restaurants and health centre whilst never losing sight of the projects demands.
This flexibility and resourcefulness extends to managing the expectations of various stakeholders who may hold differing agendas, or to adjust our working programme on account of unexpected occupancy or conference bookings to cope with priorities that may change almost daily.

The majority of our work is undertaken by our directly employed tradesmen, and our Reactive Maintenance Service operates 24 hours a day, 52 weeks a year, with our operatives carrying ID cards and are liveried, whilst our vehicles are sign written in order to provide our clients with the requisite level of security
