Healthcare Maintenance
Working within both the public and private sectors, the RFP Contracting management team and tradesmen have experience of delivering our first class services to hospitals, health clinics, care homes and specialist medical facilities. We understand the impact that works can have on hospital staff, patients and visiting members of the public, and focus of maintaining our professional, respectful, especially when the contract brings us into contact with the elderly or people with disabilities.
Offering a bespoke range of maintenance and construction services, we focus on the clients individual requirements, working together to deliver exacting results. We aim for minimal disruption to every day activities where possible and are often able to work out side of the busiest hours to utilise the narrow window of opportunity that such deadlines can bring.
We adhere strictly to regulations regarding Health and Safety and our CMD responsibilities, making sure that a fluid, safe environment is available for public, staff and tradesmen alike. Our management team strive to build a working relationship based on respect and shared goals with the client, using our company wide pro-active approach to problem solving and planning.

The majority of our work is undertaken by our directly employed tradesmen,
and our Reactive Maintenance Service operates 24 hours a day, 52 weeks a year,
with our operatives carrying ID cards and are liveried, whilst our vehicles are
sign written in order to provide our clients with the requisite level of
security.
